There is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Afterwards products will ship and generally take 4-12 Days or faster to arrive in the United States. International shipping (outside of the United States) may take longer up to 12-28 Days or faster. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for customized products.

To track your order, simply go to the 'Track My Order' tab on the top of our website, and enter your email and order number. It will show you where your package is, and an estimated time of arrival.

Tracking information is provided via emails and you can track your order at any time, but please keep in mind that we are shipping from our warehouses through EMS shipping so once you receive your tracking information, please wait a few days for it to update.

Custom products take 5-7 days to make. We use a very detailed and specific customization process to ensure quality and satisfaction. Don't worry, your wait will be worth it!

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change your order. Unfortunately if it has passed this time window we can not fix it for you because your product has already started being customized.

Of course we do, if you contact us for a return within 90 days of your purchase, we'll gladly refund your full purchase after you return the product (this excludes customized products.) We also offer exchanges on all items except customized products.

In most cases, yes. There are only partial refunds on Customized Products because as soon as you place your order, we start to customize them.

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. There are no cancellations after this 24 hour time window has passed, this is because your order has already begun processing. Please contact us ASAP to cancel an order.
