Yes! If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Of course we do, if you contact us for a return/exchange within 90 days of your purchase, we'll gladly return your money or exchange your product.

Do you offer refunds?

In many cases, yes. There are only partial refunds on Custom Products because as soon as you place your order, we start to customize them.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Products generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive in the US. International shipping may take longer up to 6 weeks.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply go to the 'Track My Order' tab on the top of our website, and enter your tracking code. It will show you where your package is, and an estimated time of arrival.

How long does it take to make my custom product?

5-7 days. We use a very detailed and specific customization process to ensure quality and satisfaction.
